How to log in to my.keenetic.net
- Connect your phone or computer to the Keenetic routers by Wi-Fi or a network cable. On a phone, turn off mobile data.
- Open a browser and type
http://my.keenetic.netin the address bar (not the search box). - Enter the login: admin / Created by you in the setup wizard.
- Change the Wi-Fi name and password, update the firmware or check connected devices.
my.keenetic.net not working?
- my.keenetic.net only works on the device’s own network. It is a local address, not a public website, so it will not load over mobile data or another Wi-Fi.
- Use the IP address instead: 192.168.1.1. It works even when the name does not.
- Type http://, not https://, and turn off VPN, Private DNS or Private Relay. They can stop local names from working.
- Clear the browser cache or try a private window. Browsers sometimes remember a failed lookup.
- If the name fails, type 192.168.1.1. The Keenetic app can manage the router too.
- Still stuck? Reset the device to restore the default address and password.
