mafreebox.freebox.fr only works on the device’s own network. It is a local address, not a public website, so it will not load over mobile data or another Wi-Fi.
Type http://, not https://, and turn off VPN, Private DNS or Private Relay. They can stop local names from working.

You must be connected to your Freebox. The Freebox Connect app offers most of the same settings.
