How to log in to dlinkrouter.local

Connect your phone or computer to the D-Link routers by Wi-Fi or a network cable. On a phone, turn off mobile data.
Open a browser and type http://dlinkrouter.local in the address bar (not the search box).
Enter the login: admin / Blank on older models; printed on the label on newer ones.
Change the Wi-Fi name and password, update the firmware or check connected devices.

dlinkrouter.local only works on the device’s own network. It is a local address, not a public website, so it will not load over mobile data or another Wi-Fi.
Use the IP address instead: 192.168.0.1. It works even when the name does not.
Type http://, not https://, and turn off VPN, Private DNS or Private Relay. They can stop local names from working.
Clear the browser cache or try a private window. Browsers sometimes remember a failed lookup.
If the name fails, type 192.168.0.1.
