How to log in to myfritz.net

  1. Connect your phone or computer to the AVM FRITZ!Box (remote access) by Wi-Fi or a network cable. On a phone, turn off mobile data.
  2. Open a browser and type http://myfritz.net in the address bar (not the search box).
  3. Enter the login: MyFRITZ! account email / Your MyFRITZ! account password.
  4. Change the Wi-Fi name and password, update the firmware or check connected devices.

myfritz.net not working?

  • myfritz.net only works on the device’s own network. It is a local address, not a public website, so it will not load over mobile data or another Wi-Fi.
  • Type http://, not https://, and turn off VPN, Private DNS or Private Relay. They can stop local names from working.
  • Clear the browser cache or try a private window. Browsers sometimes remember a failed lookup.
  • At home, use fritz.box. MyFRITZ! must be turned on in the FRITZ!Box first (Internet → MyFRITZ! Account).
  • Still stuck? Reset the device to restore the default address and password.
