The Ubiquiti UniFi Dream Machine Pro (UDM-Pro) is a modem-router (gateway) whose admin page answers on 192.168.1.1 (or unifi.ui.com). There is no factory password: you create one the first time you open the admin page.

How to log in to the Ubiquiti UniFi Dream Machine Pro (UDM-Pro)

  1. Connect to the Ubiquiti UniFi Dream Machine Pro (UDM-Pro) by Wi-Fi or a network cable. On a phone, turn off mobile data.
  2. Open a browser and go to unifi.ui.com or 192.168.1.1.
  3. Sign in with You set it at setup.
  4. Open the Wireless or Wi-Fi section to change the network name and password.

  • Someone may have changed it. A factory reset restores the login above.
  • Reset: Hold the reset button for about 10 seconds until the LED changes, then set the device up again.
