How to manage a Vilo device

Vilo hardware has no browser admin page. Install the Vilo Living app, sign in with the account used during setup, and change the Wi-Fi name, password and other settings there.

“Official doc” rows link to the manufacturer’s or ISP’s own documentation, via the ssid.ai router dataset (CC BY 4.0).

If the default login is rejected, the password was changed. The only way back in without it is a factory reset.

Change the Wi-Fi name and password

Open the Vilo Living app, go to the Wi-Fi or network settings, edit the network name and password and save. Every device will need the new password.

How to reset a Vilo router

Hold the reset button for about 10 seconds. The router restarts with the factory Wi-Fi name, password and admin login from the label. You will need to set up your internet connection again, so keep your ISP username and password handy.
