Firewalla boxes have no web admin page. Everything, including Wi-Fi on the Gold and Purple models, is managed in the Firewalla app.

How to manage a Firewalla device

Firewalla hardware has no browser admin page. Install the Firewalla app, sign in with the account used during setup, and change the Wi-Fi name, password and other settings there.

If the default login is rejected, the password was changed. The only way back in without it is a factory reset.

Change the Wi-Fi name and password

Open the Firewalla app, go to the Wi-Fi or network settings, edit the network name and password and save. Every device will need the new password.

How to reset a Firewalla router

Hold the reset button for about 10 seconds; the app can also factory reset the box. The router restarts with the factory Wi-Fi name, password and admin login from the label. You will need to set up your internet connection again, so keep your ISP username and password handy.
