devolo Magic powerline adapters with Wi-Fi are set up in the devolo app. The web page uses the device password printed on the adapter, or one you create.

How to manage a devolo device

devolo hardware has no browser admin page. Install the devolo Home Network app, sign in with the account used during setup, and change the Wi-Fi name, password and other settings there.

If the default login is rejected, the password was changed. The only way back in without it is a factory reset.

Change the Wi-Fi name and password

Open the devolo Home Network app, go to the Wi-Fi or network settings, edit the network name and password and save. Every device will need the new password.

How to reset a devolo router

Press the reset button for about 10 seconds with a paperclip. The router restarts with the factory Wi-Fi name, password and admin login from the label. You will need to set up your internet connection again, so keep your ISP username and password handy.
